Special Purpose and Custom Color Inks

JMD can help you with customizing the best ink for your application. All you have to do is provide us with a sample of your product and surface application characteristics (porosity, temperature parameters unique coatings and use environment, etc). WE then perform our test procedures and find the ink that best meets your requirements.

Even if the ink you require is not one of our standard inks, we can offer you a custom formulation both for unique marking characteristics (applications) as well as color if you provide us with a sample of the custom color.

JMD will complete this test work within seven days of receipt of the sample and report the results with a recommended formulation and quotation. 

Custom Multi-Color Rollers

We can also offer you multi – color ink rollers which can print 2-3 colors in one pass (depending on the size of the print) 

Machine Design Services

We can customize almost anything to your requirements. As mentioned above, we can do that with the inks and we can also do that with machines. For example; you give us all the specifications for your applications and we can readjust our machines to fit your requirements. 

 Rebuilding & Repair Services

JMD machines are virtually maintenance free. But in the event that it does need service or repairing, there will be no labor charges and you will only have the minimal cost of replacement parts

We will provide you with an estimate for repairs and tentative delivery date within a week of receipt of machine. Repairs will only be done upon confirmation via fax. We can offer you a loaner machine for a small fee in the event that the delivery date is more than two weeks away. Please call us for these details.

Payment Options

JMD accepts both MasterCard and Visa as payment options. You can also choose to be invoiced with terms of 30 days after a credit check has been done.
