TWIN COVERTIBLE SLIMLINE CODER

Now introducing our 2-In-1 Twin Convertible Slimline Coder.  Featuring two Slimline units on a single mounting shaft running next to each other.  This unique placement of two print heads at the same position offers great flexibility in marking and coding products.

 1. Multiple Color Coding: TCS Coder is equipped to print Two Color codes at the same time.  Select any two colors and print multiple lines in each color.  That’s not all! Change color cartridges any time to print messages in different colors.

2. Multiple Printing Options: Now you can print multiple lines in different font sizes at two different places on the same box.  This saves you the cost of buying additional coder.

3. Print Registration: The unit also has a unique swing-away feature with spring-loaded pin detent to maintain accurate registration … even after it has been swung away from the line and back many times

4. Print Size: The TCS Coder is available with printing cylinders of 10”, 12”, 15” and 18” circumferences.  Print width is available in 1”, 2”, 3”or 4”

5. Print Capability: The Slimline may be adjusted to imprint continuously, applying a code mark or other identification randomly down the entire length of the roll or reset/indexing model applying one mark at the same position on cases coming down the conveyor.

6. Installation: The TCS Coder can be mounted to any conveyor, cartoner, case sealer, or processing equipment with its heavy duty mounting bracket
