CLOTH COVERED FELT PADS IN PLASTIC CASES

These pads are designed for use with all water based stamp inks such as QDRS, #854, #816, etc. They should not be used with most air-dry inks as the solvents can have an adverse effect on the plastic and the pads will dry out very quickly. There are three sizes:

OPAQUE STAMP PADS

These pads are made specifically for use with all air drying inks such as Opaque, #859, A.X., #812, etc. They are designed and constructed to prevent the ink from drying out on the pad when not in use. The pads come in pairs, allowing two people to work with one pair at the same time. When not in use, one half of the pair rests on top of the other half, leaving it constantly ready for instant use. It is suggested that the pads be stored in airtight plastic bags overnight or for extended periods in order to preserve their quality over time. These pads come in three sizes:

These opaque style pads are particularly suited for industrial purposes. While they are primarily recommended for use with slower drying inks such as # 891, they can be used with all solvent based inks which tend to damage the plastic casings of common stamp pads. Stock sizes are:

This is the first stamp pad that can be pre-inked with fast drying ink and stay moist for months. The air-tight plastic container has two hinged covers. When not in use, the construction of the pad prevents the evaporation of the ink. In use, one side always remains closed. When the side in use begins to dry out, the pad is simply reversed and the second side is ready for use. While the second side is being used, the first side rejuvenates itself and is ready when needed. The inking surface is 2.5" x 4" and the pad is available dry or pre-inked with JMD #826 INK. It also can be shipped pre-inked with either JMD #859 INK or JMD #891 INK by special order.
